摘要
20世纪80年代以来,教育评价领域发生了巨大的变革,从"考试文化"转向"评价文化",从重结果转向重过程,从关注学生的知识领域到重视学生的综合素质。这些变化无疑对教师的评价素养提出了更高的要求,只有具备高水平的评价素养的教师才能胜任这种变化。然而,目前国内还并没有对英语教师评价素养的具体内涵和实践操作做出明确的规定。因此,为了给一线英语教师教师评价实践的理论参照和方法指导,文章对国内外有关英语教师评价素养的文献进行梳理,以期总结出适合我英语教师评价素养的概念框架。
since the 1980 s,great changes have taken place in the field of educational evaluation,from"examination culture"to"evaluation culture",from emphasizing results to emphasizing process,from paying attention to students’knowledge improvement to the students’comprehensive quality.These changes undoubtedly put forward higher requirements for teachers’evaluation literacy.Only teachers with high evaluation literacy can be competent for this change.However,at present,there are no clear provisions on the specific connotation and practical operation of English teachers’evaluation literacy in China.Therefore,in order to give first-line English teachers theoretical reference and method guidance for evaluation practice,this paper on English teachers’evaluation literacy at home and abroad is analyzed in this study,so as to summarize the framework of English teachers’evaluation literacy.
