摘要
自贸区建设发展背景下,商务英语人才需求日益增加,对人才培养提出了更高要求。文章深入分析当前自贸区发展以及人才培养需求现状,进一步明确商务人才培养面临的机遇,在此基础上,提出商务英语人才培养基本框架,并进行实践探索,希望此次分析能够进一步完善商务英语人才培养体系,培养出优质的复合型人才,为自贸区建设与发展提供人才支撑。
Based on the background of the construction and development of the free trade zone,the demand for business English talents is increasing,which brings certain challenges to the training of talents.In order to achieve the goal of training business English talents,this article analyzes the current development of the free trade zone and talents training needs and further clarify the opportunities faced by business talent training.On this basis,the concept of business English talent training has been proposed,and practical exploration has been carried out.It is hoped that this analysis can further improve the business English talent training system and cultivate high-quality talents,who will support the construction and development of the free trade zone.
