摘要
“一带一路”建设的提出给湖南省带来了机遇和挑战。语言是国家和地区之间交流的载体,基于“一带一路”建设背景及时优化调整我国外语教育政策,是深化中国和沿线国家战略合作伙伴关系的必要之举。湖南省作为中国的内陆经济腹地,必须顺应时代潮流,积极探索实施多元外语教育政策,力争在“一带一路”建设中深化与其他国家(地区)的合作,牢牢把握发展机遇,实现经济社会持续快速发展。文章立足“一带一路”建设背景,简要阐述了湖南省面临的机遇和挑战,深入剖析了实施区域多元化外语教育政策的必要性,并在此基础上了提出了实施湖南区域性多元化外语教育政策的具体措施,以期为湖南融入“一带一路”建设机遇提供智力支持。
The Belt and Road has brought opportunities and challenges to Hunan Province.Language is the carrier of communication between countries and regions.Timely optimization and adjustment of China’s foreign language education policies in the context of the“Belt and Road”construction is necessary to deepen the strategic cooperative partnership between China and countries along the Belt and Road.As the inland economic hinterland of China,Hunan Province must conform to the trend of the times,actively explore the implementation of multiple foreign language education policies,strive to deepen the cooperation with other countries(regions)in the construction of the“Belt and Road”,firmly grasp the development opportunities,and achieve sustained and rapid economic and social development.Based on the background of the“Belt and Road”construction,this paper briefly expounds the opportunities and challenges faced by Hunan Province,deeply analyzes the necessity of the implementation of regional diversity of foreign language education policy,and puts forward the implementation of Hunan on the basis of the regional diversity of foreign language education policy measures,so as to put Hunan into the“Belt and Road”construction by providing intellectual support.
