摘要
目的探讨巨结肠病患儿家属的治疗决策困境。方法选取18名巨结肠患儿家长进行全面交流,采用Colaizzi方法分析交流资料。结果巨结肠患儿家长治疗决策困境与以下因素有关;健康素养知识的缺乏,有价值的信息与情感支持的缺乏,家庭意见不一致,社会舆论的压力。结论巨结肠患儿治疗决策受社会因素、家庭经济能力和患儿父母个人健康素养的共同影响。专科护士要积极帮助患儿家长及时制定合适的治疗决策,提高患儿救治率和生存质量。
Objective To explore the treatment decision dilemma of family members of children with Hirschsprung disease.Methods 18 parents of children with Hirschsprung disease were selected for comprehensive communication,and the communication data were analyzed by Colaizzi method.Results The treatment decision dilemma of parents was related to the following factors:lack of health literacy knowledge,lack of valuable information and emotional support,inconsistent family opinions,and pressure from public opinion.Conclusions Treatment decisions for children with Hirschsprung disease are influenced by social factors,family economic ability,and the health literacy of their parents.Specialist nurses should actively help parents of children to make appropriate treatment decisions to improve the cure rate and quality of life of them.
