摘要
通过增加描述音轨和手语视窗,无障碍影视为全世界无数的视力障碍者和听力障碍者提供了欣赏电影和电视作品的视听新渠道。无障碍影视是视听传播、媒介社会学、残障研究的交叉领域。本文在文献阅读与现状观察的基础上,对无障碍影视的世界趋势、类型发展与中国实践及研究进行梳理,以期对无障碍影视的传播特征及文化功能的研究有所贡献。
By attaching the descriptive tracks and sign language to the movies and television shows,barrier-free film and television provides an alternative visual and audio channel for countless visually impaired and hearing impaired people around the world.Barrier-free film and television bridges an interdisciplinary field of practices and studies among the audiovisual communication,media sociology,and disability research.Based on the literature review and the analysis of current media environment,this paper maps out its development and Chinese model,in order to contribute to the studies of the characteristics and cultural functions of barrier-free film and television.
