摘要
党的二十大对“实施科教兴国战略,强化现代化建设人才支撑”作了重大战略部署,本文梳理了新时代十年我国和西藏教育事业发展取得的历史性成就、发生的历史性变革,阐述了新时代新征程实施科教兴国战略的重大意义,结合贯彻党的二十大精神,联系西藏工作实际,提出全面推动西藏高等教育高质量发展的重要举措。
This paper reviews the historical achievements and changes in the development of education in China and Xizang in the new era,expounds the great significance of implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education in the new era and new journey.With the implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the reality of the work in Xizang,the paper puts forward important measures to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of higher education in Xizang.
