摘要
嘉庆皇帝统治的25年正是世纪交替之际。在这个承上启下的历史时期,帝制中国在积重难返的内部弊政和虎视眈眈的外部世界双重压力下负重而行,其光鲜的外表下却是不可言状的危机。漕河运道作为漕运与河工的重叠区,不仅关系着漕运顺利与否,还是清王朝水利工程的一个重要组成部分,关系到清王朝统治稳定与否。考察这一时期的漕河运道状况,不仅可以更清楚地展现处在世纪交替期的嘉庆朝所面临的困境,还能从中管窥在传统与变革双重挤压下的阵痛与无奈。
The Jiaqing period of twenty-five years coincided with the turn of the century.In the historical age,the imperial China was under the double pressures of the hard-to-return internal malpractices and the coveted external world,but the truth was an unspeakable crisis under its bright appearance.As the overlapping area of water transport and river engineering,the water transport channel is not only related to the success of water transport,but also an important part of the water conservancy project of the Qing Dynasty,which is related to the stability of the rule of the Qing Dynasty.By investigating the waterway in the period,we can not only clearly show the predicament but also realize the pain and helplessness under the double squeeze of tradition and change.
