摘要 Objective Compelling evidence shows that mechanical stimulation regulates the proliferation of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs),but the underlying mechanism is still unknown.Transient receptor potential channel classic subfamily members 1(TRPC1)is mechanosentive and engaged in MSC proliferation.
