摘要
钢铁行业对我国实现“双碳”愿景起着至关重要的作用,同时,碳中和的目标为钢铁行业的发展提供了前所未有的机遇与挑战。本文立足“双碳”目标,结合中国钢铁行业的发展现状及政策背景,从区域差异、废钢利用、低碳技术等角度分析了目前国内钢铁行业的问题所在,并归纳了钢铁行业实现低碳发展的突破口及有效路径,为钢铁行业实现高质量发展提供借鉴意义。
The iron and steel industry plays a vital role in realizing the vision of"double carbon"in China.Meanwhile,carbon neutralization provides unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Based on the goal of"double carbon"and combined with the development status and policy background of China’s iron and steel industry,the paper analyzes the problems of the current domestic iron and steel industry from the perspectives of regional differences,scrap utilization and low-carbon technology,and summarizes the breakthrough and effective path for the realization,so as to provide reference for the realization of high-quality development of the iron and steel industry.
