摘要
介绍的是永昌钢铁有限公司投产的2座10m2矩形球团竖炉,其在工厂设计阶段,通过合理选择焙烧原料,拓宽焙烧热源来源,采用焙烧原料自动化精确配料,使用长寿水梁、三静四动齿辊卸料机和轻型鼓风带式冷却机,优化改进球团焙烧和冷却工艺及装备,循环利用全部生产废水,收集粉尘和漏料送入配料室重新参与配料等,以达到球团矿生产的提质增产、降本节能的目的,且废物排放满足国家环保要求,本次工艺设计及改进经工程实际运行检验取得了良好效果,对今后球团竖炉工艺改进和工厂改造具有一定借鉴意义。
The article introduced two 10m~2 pelletizing shaft furnaces in Yongchang Steel Corp.In the design,the raw materials were selected suitably,the other type of roasting gas was applied,automatic batching system was adopted,long service life water cooling beam,new type toothed roller unloader and light type belt cooler were applied to improve the process and equipment level,all of the waste water was used circularly,dust powder and leakage were gathered to batching system.It was designed to improve pellet quality and productivity,to cut the cost and conserve energy,and fit the requirement for environment protection.After the project was put into operation,the positive influence was obtained.It has certain reference significance for process design and factory renovation.
