摘要
复合应用型人才的培养,在强调坚实的知识基础及各类知识融会贯通的同时,更加注重知识的实际应用。实验课是培养学生实际应用能力的重要途径之一,为提高复合应用型人才的实验技能和动手能力,我们从实验课程体系、教学方式、教学内容和实验室建设与管理等方面进行了教学改革探索,获得了阶段性成效,对今后继续深化复合应用型人才培养的教学改革奠定了良好的基础。
The cultivation of compound and applied talents not only emphasizes the solid knowledge foundation and the mastery of various kinds of knowledge,but also pays more attention to the practical application of knowledge.Experiment is one of the important ways to train students’practical ability,and therefore we performed the teaching reform in terms of experimental curriculum system,teaching mode,teaching content,laboratory construction and management,and so on with the purpose of improving the experiment skill and manipulative ability of the compound and applied talents and archived periodical results,which will lay a good foundation for deepening the teaching reform on the cultivation of compound and applied talents.
