摘要
为了提高秸秆与牛粪混合发酵的产氢量,以牛粪堆肥为混合菌种来源,未经处理的玉米秸秆为唯一底物,采用单因素优化法,对玉米秸秆发酵产氢过程中的一些关键参数进行优化,考察的关键参数有NH4HCO3质量浓度、K2HPO4质量浓度、营养质量液浓度、秸秆质量浓度和发酵初始pH等。结果表明,在37±1℃、转速150r/min的条件下,当控制NH4HCO3质量浓度为1 g/L、K2HPO4质量浓度为1 g/L、营养液质量浓度6 mL/L、秸秆质量浓度15 g/L和发酵初始pH=6时,达到最大产氢量为79.8 mL/g、最高产氢速率为9.4 mL/(g·h)。
In order to increase the hydrogen production of the mixed fermentation of straw and cow dung,cow dung compost is used as the source of mixed strains,and untreated corn stalks are the only substrate.The single-factor optimization method is used to analyze some of the hydrogen production processes in the fermentation of corn stalks.The key parameters are optimized.The key parameters investigated are NH4HCO3 concentration,K2HPO4 concentration,nutrient solution concentration,straw concentration and initial fermentation pH.The results show that under the conditions of 37±1℃and rotation speed of 150 r/min,when the concentration of NH4HCO3 is 1 g/L,the concentration of K2HPO4 is 1 g/L,the concentration of nutrient solution is 6 mL/L,and the concentration of straw is 15 g/L When the initial pH of the fermentation and fermentation is 6,the maximum hydrogen production rate is 79.8 mL/g and the maximum hydrogen production rate is 9.4 mL/(g·h)-1.
