摘要
从2013年开始,我国高校艺术学科在考试方式的基础上陆续开始采取“申请—考核”方式选拔博士研究生。目前,“申请—考核”制已成为我国高校选拔博士研究生的重要举措。目前,我国超过半数高校采用“申请—考核”这一方式,并在生源把控、质量监督等方面采取有效举措,取得了不少值得总结的好的做法和好的经验。本文以上海戏剧学院为讨论中心,对艺术学博士的“申请—考核”实施过程进行梳理,对其招录做法和质量监控机制进行分析,以此总结这一招录方式的机制特点,指出其有效合理之处以及需要完善和发展的地方。
Since 2013, based on the examination method, the art disciplines of Chinese universities have successively adopted the "application-assessment" method to select doctoral candidates. At present, the "application-assessment" system has become an important measure for Chinese universities to select doctoral candidates. At present, more than half of China’s colleges and universities adopt the method of "application-assessment", and take effective measures in controlling the source of students, quality supervision and other aspects, and have obtained many good practices and experiences worth summarizing. This paper takes Shanghai Theatre Academy as the discussion topic, combs the implementation process of "application-assessment" of the doctor of arts, analyzes its recruitment practices and quality monitoring mechanism, summarizes the mechanism characteristics of this recruitment method, and points out its effective and reasonable aspects as well as the areas that need to be improved and developed.
