陶苏和教授治疗赫依病处方分析

摘要 目的:分析陶苏和教授门诊蒙药处方,探索并总结其治疗赫依病的组方配伍规律及特征。方法:应用数据挖掘方法及复杂网络分析方法,通过频数、关联分析数据及复杂网络的节点、社团分析,取得相应数据及基本结果,由陶苏和教授及继承人共同分析。结果:对389张处方诊断及药物分析后显示,陶苏和教授诊治的赫依性疾病中失眠为最常见病症。处方分析发现,沉香35味散、沉香8味散等药物为核心药物。其中,沉香35味散是陶苏和教授治疗赫依性疾病的主要药物,沉香35味散-珍宝丸是处方中关联性最强的药组。结论:陶苏和教授治疗赫依性疾病注重心脏、命脉、白脉的赫依病变,以镇赫依、平脉道体素相搏、调和三根为治疗原则。 Objective:To explore and summarize Professor Tao Suhe’s experience and characteristics in treating Heyi disease by analyzing the Mongolian medicine prescription of Professor Tao Suhe.Methods:Data mining method and complex network analysis method were used to obtain corresponding data and preliminary results through frequency,association analysis data and complex network node and community analysis.It is analyzed by Professor Tao Suhe and his successors.Results:The analysis of the diagnosis and drug information of 389 prescriptions showed that insomnia was the most common disease among the Heyi diseases diagnosed and treated by Professor Tao Suhe.Prescription analysis found that the core drugs were Chenxiang-35 powder,Chenxiang-8 powder.Among them,Chenxiang-35 powder is the main drug for Professor Tao Suhe in the treatment of Heyi disease,and Chenxiang-35 powder-Zhenbao pill is the most relevant drug group in the prescription.Conclusion:Professor Tao Suhe pays attention to the heart,Mingmai and Baimai in the treatment of Heyi disease,and takes the treatment principle of calming Heyi,calming the pulse,and harmonizing the three roots.
