低温下复合菌剂处理生活污水效果对比 被引量:1

Comparison of the treatment effect of compound bacterial agents on domestic wastewater at low temperature

摘要 采用基于低温微生物菌剂的生物强化技术,是提高低温条件下生活污水处理效果的有效措施.探究8种复合菌剂在4℃低温条件下的生长状况、对生活污水中氮污染物的去除性能及微生物群落结构组成.结果显示,低温下生长状况最好的菌剂对模拟生活污水中铵态氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)和总氮(TN)的去除率均可达到90%以上.微生物群落结构分析表明,各菌剂均以具有异养硝化–好氧反硝化能力的假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)为优势菌属,而生长速度快、脱氮效果好的两种菌剂中马赛菌属(Massilia)丰度较高,分别为2.89%和1.17%,在低温下发挥着高效的异养硝化–好氧反硝化能力;韩国假单胞菌(Pseudomonas koreensis)与TN和总磷(TP)的去除呈正相关,在低温下具有好氧反硝化聚磷功能.实际生活污水的验证实验也表明,优选出来的菌剂对NH_(4)^(+)-N和TN的去除可提高14%和6%.本研究表明含有Pseudomonas(以Pseudomonas koreensis为优势种)和Massilia的菌剂在低温条件下能提高生活污水脱氮效果,结果可为我国寒冷地区污水处理微生物菌剂的开发和应用提供理论支撑.(图7参40) Bioaugmentation technology based on low-temperature bacterial agents is an effective method to improve the efficiency of domestic wastewater treatment at low temperatures.The growth status,removal performance of nitrogen pollutants in domestic wastewater,and microbial community structure of eight composite bacterial agents under the low-temperature condition of 4℃were investigated.The results showed that the removal efficiencies of NH_(4)^(+)-N and total nitrogen(TN)in simulated domestic wastewater from agents with the best growth conditions reached>90%at low temperatures.Microbial community structure analysis indicated that Pseudomonas with heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification ability was the dominant genus among all bacterial agents.The abundance of Massilia was higher in the two bacterial agents with faster growth rate(2.89%)and better nitrogen removal efficiency(1.17%).Massilia played an efficient role in heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification at low temperatures.Pseudomonas koreensis was positively correlated with the removal of TN and total phosphorus(TP)and had aerobic denitrifying and phosphorus accumulation functions at low temperatures.A verification experiment using actual domestic sewage also showed that the optimized bacterial agents increased the removal efficiencies of NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN by 14%and 6%,respectively.The results of this study indicate that bacterial agents containing Pseudomonas(with P.koreensis as the dominant species)and Massilia can improve nitrogen removal from domestic wastewater at low temperatures,which provides theoretical support for the development and application of bacterial agents for wastewater treatment in the cold regions of China.
