摘要 在全球应对气候变化和推动可持续发展的背景下,零碳转型已成为各行业的重要目标。PCB制造行业作为高能耗产业之一,其能源管理面临着巨大的挑战。数字化技术的引入为PCB工厂的能源精细化管控提供了新的解决方案。本文探讨了数字化技术在PCB工厂能源精细化管控中的应用,通过能源数据自动采集和分析,实现能耗指标的精细化管理;通过高能耗设备智能联动控制,提高设备能效;基于能效评估的节能改造,提升工厂整体能源利用水平。这些创新实践不仅提高了能源利用效率,降低了能耗,而且为工厂带来了显著的经济和环境效益。因此,数字化技术在PCB工厂能源精细化管控中的应用对于推动零碳转型和可持续发展具有重要的现实意义和广阔的应用前景。 In the context of global response to climate change and promotion of sustainable development,zerocarbon transformation has become an important goal for various industries.As one of the high-energy-consumption industries,PCB manufacturing industry faces huge challenges in energy management.The introduction of digital technology provides a new solution for fine energy control in PCB factories.This article discusses the application of digital technology in fine energy control in PCB factories.Through automatic energy data collection and analysis,it achieves fine management of energy consumption indicators;through intelligent linkage control of high-energy-consumption equipment,it improves equipment energy efficiency;based on energy efficiency evaluation,it promotes overall energy utilization level of the factory.These innovative practices not only improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce energy consumption,but also bring significant economic and environmental benefits to the factory.Therefore,the application of digital technology in fine energy control in PCB factories has important practical significance and broad application prospects for promoting zero-carbon transformation and sustainable development.
