摘要
在我国“双碳”战略背景下,污水处理系统作为城市高碳排放源之一,在碳减排工作中不容忽视。其中,医疗污水处理是城市污水系统的重要一环,然而其碳核算研究却鲜有提及。为探明医疗污水处理运行阶段的碳排放特征,以成都某医院污水处理站为研究对象,采用IPCC和国内发布的水业碳核算指南中的排放因子法,对该污水处理站在运营过程中的全流程碳排放进行核算。结果表明:①成都某医院污水处理站全年运行阶段产生的碳排放总量达到189.74 t,处理单位污水碳排放强度为0.53 kg/m^(3),其全年碳排放情况与季节无明显相关性。②电力消耗间接碳排放(82 t)贡献最大,占总碳排量的43.2%,其中鼓风机占比最多,占总碳排量的22.3%。③药剂消耗间接碳排放(61.6 t)贡献为32.5%,其高碳排放是由于医疗污水处理需达到严格的出水标准。④碳减排的关键在于对高能耗设备节能改造以及优化污水处理运行措施。研究显示,医院污水处理站的碳排放特征与城市污水处理厂相比存在差异,该研究的核算结果能够为其他医院污水处理站的碳核算提供参考。
In the context of‘carbon peaking and carbon neutrality’strategy in China,sewage treatment systems,as one of urban high carbon emission sources,cannot be ignored in carbon reduction efforts.Among them,medical wastewater treatment is an important part of urban sewage system,but its carbon accounting research is rarely mentioned.In order to identify the carbon emission characteristics of medical wastewater treatment operation stage,a hospital wastewater treatment station in Chengdu was used as the research object,and the IPCC emission factor method and the domestic guideline of greenhouse gas accounting for water industry were used to calculate carbon emissions of the treatment station in the whole operation process.The results showed that:(1)The total carbon emission of wastewater treatment station of a hospital in Chengdu reached 189.74 t during the annual operation stage,and the carbon emission intensity of the unit of wastewater treatment was 0.53 kg/m^(3).There was no significant correlation between annual carbon emissions and seasonality of the treatment station.(2)Indirect emissions from electricity consumption(82 t)accounted for 43.2%of the total carbon emissions.The blower accounted for the largest proportion,accounting for 22.3%of the total carbon emissions.(3)Indirect carbon emissions from drug consumption(61.6 t)accounted for 32.5%,and its high carbon emissions were due to the strict effluent standards for medical wastewater treatment.The key to carbon emission reduction lies in energy-saving renovation of high energy consumption equipment and optimization of wastewater treatment operation measures.The research shows that the carbon emission characteristics of hospital wastewater treatment stations are different from those of urban sewage treatment plants,and the calculation results can provide a reference for the carbon emission assessment of other hospital wastewater treatment stations.
