摘要
外泌体作为干细胞发挥功能的主要途径,在细胞信号转导、细胞间信息传递、组织修复中发挥着重要作用。本文简述了干细胞来源的外泌体的生物学特性与皮肤光老化相关机制,通过干细胞来源的外泌体对皮肤光老化的抗氧化作用、对皮肤成纤维细胞功能的影响、对金属基质蛋白酶调节细胞外基质的影响等三个方面回顾了其可能的作用机制。分析表明,干细胞来源的外泌体具有防治皮肤光老化的潜力,这可能是将来基础研究与临床应用的重要方向。
The exosomes released from stem cells play an important role in cell signal transduction,intercellular information transmission and tissue repair.This paper briefly describes the biological characteristics of stem cell-derived exosomes and the mechanism of action related to skin photoaging.The possible mechanism is reviewed from three aspects:the antioxidant effect of stem cell-derived exosomes on skin photoaging,the effect on the function of skin fibroblasts,and the effect on the regulation of extracellular matrix by metalloproteinases.The analysis shows that stem cell-derived exosomes can potentially prevent and treat skin photoaging,which may be an important direction in basic research and clinical practice in the future.
