摘要
《绿色产品评价快递封装用品》国家标准正式发布。本文对绿色产品评价的理念、框架内容、国标发布后的影响进行了解读并提出可行性建议。分析结果表明,全生命周期和"4R1D"是标准制定的核心理念及原则。该项国标可直接应用于快递业包装的绿色认证,可有效缓解快递包装对环境压力,增加快递包装的绿色供给,促进相关企业绿色转型。与此同时,该标准可为快递包装研发提供绿色导向,真正实现"绿色高端引领"的作用。本研究可为快递企业、政府及认证机构更深入理解标准内涵提供理论支撑,为我国快递业封装用品的绿色认证实施提供有力依据。
The national standard of Green Product Assessment-Express Package has been issued.This paper explains the concept and frame of green product assessment and the influence after its release.The analysis results indicate that"full life circle"and"4R1D"are the main ideas and principles of the standard.The standard can be directly applied for green certifications of express package,which can effectively relieve the environmental pressure,increase the green package supply and promote related enterprises towards green transformation.Meanwhile,the standard can provide the directive for green package design,truly realizing the role of"green high-end leading".The study provides the theoretical foundation for express enterprises,government,certification authorities,and powerful basis for the implementation of green certification for express package in China.
