半月板外突病因的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 半月板外突是指膝关节磁共振冠状位内侧半月板超出胫骨平台边缘3 mm、外侧半月板超出胫骨平台边缘1 mm,严重恶化会导致骨关节炎病情加重预后不良、造成骨坏死和骨髓病变等。然而目前仍缺乏对于半月板外突多种病因系统性的综述研究。本文从半月板自身结构性因素、半月板周围附着韧带相关因素以及膝关节整体因素三个方面,综述造成半月板外突病因的相关研究进展,以期为临床治疗提供理论依据。 Meniscal extrusion(ME)is defined as the medial meniscus 3 mm above the tibial plateau edge and the lateral meniscus 1 mm above the tibial plateau edge on the MRI coronal view of the knee.Severe deterioration of ME will lead to worsening of the condition and prognosis in osteoarthritis,osteonecrosis and bone marrow lesions.However,there is still a lack of systematic review on the multiple etiology of meniscus extrusion.This paper reviews the researches on causes of meniscus extrusion,including the structural factors of meniscus,the factors related to the attached ligament around meniscus and the factors related to the whole knee joint so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
