摘要
骨缺损是临床常见的疾病,骨缺损的修复过程常面临恢复时间久和易受患者自身活动影响等问题。临床上常将自体与异体骨移植视为骨缺损问题的优先修复方法,但所面临的供体受限以及免疫排斥反应等问题限制了其进一步的扩展应用。借助组织工程技术及基于细胞的治疗技术已经被提出作为促进骨组织再生的替代方案。本文综述了原位组织再生及基于细胞的组织工程技术在骨缺损修复过程中的方法,介绍了支架材料、生长因子和细胞在骨缺损恢复过程中的机理及其结合使用促进骨缺损修复的应用,提出了骨缺损修复领域中原位组织工程及基于细胞的治疗技术的未来发展方向。
Bone defect is a common disease in clinical medicine.The repair process of bone defect often faces problems such as long recovery time and easy to be affected by patients’own activities.Autologous and allogeneic bone transplantation are often regarded as the preferred method for bone defect repair in clinic,but the problems such as donor limitation and immune rejection,limit their further applications.Tissue engineering technology and cell-based therapy have been proposed as the alternative to promote bone tissue regeneration.In this article the methods and examples of in situ tissue regeneration and cell-based tissue engineering in the process of bone defect repair were summarized,the mechanism of scaffold materials,growth factors and cells in the process of bone defect recovery and the effect of combined use to promote bone defect repair were introduced,and the possible direction in the development of bone defect repair in the future was prospected.
