摘要
为树立深严细实的工作作风,不断提升煤矿企业安全管理执行力,基于格瑞斯特定理对安全管理的启示,通过全面分析煤矿安全管理执行力研究动态基础上,从提升安全管理执行力为切入点,以作风建设为牛鼻子推进“七把利剑”的执行力体系建设,有效破解了执行效能衰减和执行过程“中梗阻”难题,取得了良好的实践效果。该体系在榆家梁煤矿全面运行后有效增强了员工的安全意识和安全执行力,各级管理人员安全管理能力不断提升,连续数年实现了安全生产零伤害,成功验证了该体系的实用性和可操作性。
In order to establish a deep and detailed work style and continuously improve the implementation of the safety management execution of coal mine enterprises,based on the inspiration of the Greste’s theorem on safety management,through comprehensive analysis of the research dynamic research of coal mine safety management.The construction of the“seven sharp swords”implementation of the style of work style has effectively solved the problem of“mid-obstruction”in implementation efficiency attenuation and the implementation of the implementation process,and achieved good practical effects.After the comprehensive operation of the system in Yujialiang Coal Mine,the safety awareness and execution ability of employees have been effectively enhanced.The safety management ability of management personnel at all levels has been continuously improved,and zero harm in safety production has been achieved for several consecutive years,successfully verifying the practicality and operability of the system.
