摘要
目的探析对尿道狭窄合并尿道结石患者应用经输尿管镜钬激光术治疗对病情的干预效果。方法选取2016年1月至2019年10月收治28例确认尿道狭窄且存在尿道结石患者为本次研究对象,所有患者均接受经输尿管镜钬激光术方案治疗,对其临床数据以回顾性方式分析并归纳该手术治疗方案对于患者的临床价值。结果术后对患者疗效进行评估,其临床治疗总有效率为92.86%(26/28);患者碎石平均所需时间为(21.03±20.4)min,令人满意。结论为合并有尿道结石的尿道狭窄患者在拟定治疗方案时,可将经输尿管镜钬激光术作为首选对象,手术过程能够控制对尿道黏膜的损伤程度,提高碎石成功率以及安全性,在短时间内完成碎石降低了术后各种并发症出现的风险,患者接受程度高,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser on the treatment of patients with urethral stricture and urethral calculi.Methods Twenty-eight patients with confirmed urethral stricture and urethral calculi were enrolled between January 2016 and October 2019.All patients underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser treatment.The clinical data were retrospective.The method analyzes and summarizes the clinical value of the surgical treatment plan for patients.Results The efficacy of the patients was evaluated after surgery.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 92.86%(26/28).The average time required for patients with gravel was(21.03±20.4)min,which was satisfactory.Conclusion For patients with urethral stricture with urethral calculi,ureteroscopic holmium laser can be used as the first choice.The surgical procedure can control the degree of damage to the urethral mucosa and improve the success rate and safety of the lithotripsy.The completion of the lithotripsy in a short period of time reduces the risk of various complications after surgery,and the patient is highly accepted and worthy of clinical promotion.
