摘要
目的分析心内科介入治疗护理安全管理的方法与作用。方法研究资料均是选自河南省中医院(河南中医药大学第二附属医院)心内科接受心脏介入术治疗的患者,共计60例为研究对象,全部患者均签署知情同意书,并将全部患者分为观察组与对照组两组,每组纳入患者30例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组实施针对性护理干预,干预后对比两组的干预效果。结果比较两组患者的并发症发生率,观察组少于对照组,经比较,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组的满意率以及依从率,观察组均显著优于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据心内科介入治疗患者的实际情况,给患者实施针对性护理措施,能够显著提升患者的治疗安全性,由此取得理想的干预效果。
Objective To analyze the method and effect of nursing safety management in interventional therapy of Cardiology.Methods All the data were selected from the patients who received cardiac interventional therapy in the department of cardiology,the second affiliated hospital of henan university of traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 60 patients were studied,all the patients signed informed consent,and all the patients were divided into observation group and control group,each group included 30 patients.Routine nursing was carried out in the control group and targeted nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group,intervention effect of two group was compared after intervention.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the satisfaction rate and compliance rate of the two groups,the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the actual situation of the patients in the cardiology department,the implementation of targeted nursing measures can significantly improve the treatment safety of the patients,thus achieving the ideal effect of intervention.
