摘要
目的分析与探讨虎地肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法于2017年8月至2019年8月这一时间段内选取70例病历资料完整的溃疡性结肠炎患者,以"随机双盲法"将入选患者分为两组,35例给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗(常规组),35例采取虎地肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗(研究组),比较临床疗效。结果研究组(虎地肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗)总有效率97.14%(34/35),高于常规组(美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗)的82.86%(29/35),组间比较差异明显,P<0.05;研究组各项临床症候积分均低于常规组,组间比较差异明显,P<0.05。结论给予溃疡性结肠炎患者虎地肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,能够显著提升临床疗效,更好改善临床症候积分,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze and explore clinical effect of Hudi enteric-coated capsules combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets in treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods We chose 70 patients with ulcerative colitis with complete medical records from August 2017 to August 2019,divide them into two groups with"random double-blind method",35 cases were treated with mesalazine slow release tablets(routine group),35 cases with Hudi enteric-coated capsules combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets(study group).Compare clinical effect between two groups.Results Total effective rate of study group(treated with Hudi enteric-coated capsules combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets)was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than 82.86%(29/35)of routine group(treated with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets),with obvious difference between groups,P<0.05;clinical syndrome scores of study group were lower than routine group,with obvious difference between groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Hudi enteric-coated capsules combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets can improve clinical effect of patients with ulcerative colitis significantly,improve clinical symptom scores with higher clinical application value.
