摘要
目的探讨氧化锌软膏、莫匹罗星软膏联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏混合后药物面膜湿包疗法对婴儿面部湿疹的治疗效果和安全性。方法选择2019年3月至2020年3月在江门市妇幼保健院皮肤科门诊诊断为面部婴儿湿疹75例,将患儿随机分为治疗组25例,对照A组25例、对照B组25例。治疗组采用氧化锌软膏、莫匹罗星软膏联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗,对照A组采用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗,对照B组采用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗,对比三组治疗效果和不良反应。结果与对照A组和对照组B组对比,治疗组患者治疗有效率明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与对照A组和对照B组相比,治疗前后不同时间病情积分指数对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组患者在治疗第3天、第2周、第3周病情明显缓解(P<0.05),治疗组治疗效果优于对照B组和对照A组。与对照A组和对照B组相比,治疗组不良反应少,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氧化锌软膏、莫匹罗星软膏联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏混合后药物面膜湿包疗法治疗面部婴儿湿疹,起效快,复发率少,不良反应少,可有效改善患儿病情严重情况,是治疗婴儿面部湿疹的有效方法。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of the drug mask wet pack therapy after mixing zinc oxide ointment,mupirocin ointment and hydrocortisone butyrate cream on infant facial eczema.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,75 cases of facial infantile eczema were diagnosed in the Dermatology Clinic of Jiangmen Maternal and Child Health Hospital.The children were randomly divided into treatment group 25 cases,control group A 25 cases,and control group B 25 cases.The treatment group was treated with zinc oxide ointment,mupirocin ointment combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream,control group A was treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream,control group B was treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined mupirocin ointment treatment,and the treatment effects and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared.Results Compared with control group A and control group B,the effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with control group A and control group B,the difference of disease score index at different times before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the treatment group were significantly relieved on the 3rd day,2nd week and 3rd week of the treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of control group B and control group A.Compared with control group A and control group B,the treatment group had fewer adverse reactions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zinc oxide ointment,mupirocin ointment and hydrocortisone butyrate cream are mixed with medicinal facial mask wet pack therapy to treat infantile facial eczema,with quick onset,low recurrence rate and few adverse reactions,which can effectively improve the serious condition of children.The situation is an effective way to treat infant facial eczema.
