摘要
目的对脑梗死后继发癫痫发作性患者进行视频脑电图监测的临床价值进行分析。方法将武威市凉州医院在2019年11月-2020年11月接收的62例脑梗死后继发癫痫发作性患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶分组法将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组各31例,前者实施视频脑电图监测方案,后者实施常规脑电图监测措施,将两组患者监测后各项指标状况进行对比。结果对照组脑梗死后继发癫痫发作性患者监测结果显示异样脑电信号检出率显著低于研究组,数据差异显著,提示两组数据分析结果有意义(P<0.05);研究组脑梗死后继发癫痫发作性患者痫样放电检出率与同步发作检出率显著优于对照组,表示两组数据分析结果有意义(P<0.05);研究组脑叶皮质区有痫样波率与深部白质区有痫样波率具高于对照组,对比结果存在统计学分析意义(P<0.05)。结论视频脑电图监测对脑梗死后继发癫痫发作性患者具有较高的检出率,对疾病诊断及预后具有积极意义,可以实现疾病快速康复。
Objective To analyze clinical value of video EEG monitoring for patients with epilepsy secondary to cerebral infarction.Methods The paper chose 62 cases epilepsy patients secondary to cerebral infarction received in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 and divided them into study group and control group according to parity grouping method,with 31 cases in each group.The former was treated with video EEG monitoring scheme and the latter with routine EEG monitoring measures.Indexes between two groups were compared after monitoring.Results Monitoring results showed detection rate of abnormal EEG signals of epilepsy after cerebral infarction in control group was significantly lower than study group,data difference was significant,suggesting that data analysis results were significant between two groups(P<0.05);detection rate of epileptiform discharges and synchronous seizures in patients with secondary seizures after cerebral infarction in study group were significantly better than control group,data analysis was significant between two groups(P<0.05);epileptiform waves rate in cortex of study group was higher than deep white matter group,comparison showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Video EEG monitoring has higher detection rate for patients with epilepsy secondary to cerebral infarction,with positive significance for disease diagnosis and prognosis,which can realize rapid recovery of the disease.
