摘要
类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种自身免疫性炎症性疾病,使关节僵硬变形并累及全身多个脏器。中医认为内生痰湿是RA重要的病机,作为病理产物也会加重RA,同时痰湿也是肥胖的病机。近年来多项研究揭示肥胖和RA的患者体内都存在着代谢的异常。本文旨在从代谢组学的角度揭示痰湿对RA的影响,为RA的治疗提供新思路。
Rheumatoid arthritis(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)is an autoimmune inflammatory disease that stiffness joints and involves multiple organs throughout the body.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that endogenous phlegm dampness is an important pathogenesis of RA,as a pathological product will also aggravate RA,and phlegm dampness is also a pathogenesis of obesity.Recent studies have revealed metabolic abnormalities in patients with obese and RA.This paper aims to reveal the effect of phlegm dampness on RA from the perspective of metabolic omics and provide new ideas for the treatment of RA.
