地面无人装备维修性分析与评估技术研究

Research on Maintainability and Evaluation Technology of Unmanned Ground Equipment

摘要 针对地面无人装备早期维修性分析评估手段方法缺乏的问题,通过分析地面无人装备的维修性需求,设计了地面无人装备部队级维修任务清单,提出了地面无人装备维修性指标、基于通用架构及虚拟人/工具在环的维修性综合评估方法以及维修性定性指标量化方法,为地面无人装备维修性评估提供了技术途径。 In view of the lack of methods for early maintainability analysis and evaluation of unmanned ground equipment,this paper designs the list of maintenance tasks of unit-level unmanned ground equipment,basing on analyzing the maintainability requirement of unmanned ground equipment,puts forward the maintainability index of ground unmanned equipment,comprehensive evaluation methods based on general framework and in-loop virtual man/tool,and quantification method of maintainability qualitative index,which provides a technical approach for the maintainability evaluation of unmanned ground equipment.
