摘要
针对雷达装备在鉴定定型阶段对其维修性进行评估的需求,构建了雷达装备维修性评估指标体系,提出了改进层次分析法(AHP)对雷达装备维修性评估指标进行赋权,利用算数平均法和几何平均法分别计算指标权重后取均值以代替传统层次分析法中单一的权重计算方法。针对传统逼近理想解排序方法(TOPSIS)的不足,引入灰色关联分析法,利用灰色关联系数取代欧氏距离的改进TOPSIS法对三种研制方案的雷达装备维修性进行排序,提出了改进AHP-TOPSIS的雷达装备维修性评估方法,通过实例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
In view of the requirement of radar equipment maintainability evaluation in the appraisal and finalization stage,the radar equipment maintainability evaluation index system is constructed,and the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is pro⁃posed to weight the radar equipment maintainability evaluation index.The arithmetic average method and the geometric average method are used to calculate the index weight respectively and the mean value of them is taken to replace the single weight calcula⁃tion method in the traditional analytic hierarchy process.In view of the shortcomings of the traditional technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS),the grey correlation analysis method is introduced.The improved TOPSIS,whose Euclide⁃an distance is replaced by grey correlation coefficient,is used to rank the three maintainability schemes of radar equipment,and an improved AHP-TOPSIS method for evaluating the maintainability of radar equipment is proposed.The effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified.
