汽车试验技术课程实验教学研究及实验项目设计 被引量:1

摘要 很多高校对汽车试验技术课程实验的硬件建设跟不上汽车试验技术的发展速度,导致一些实验落后于现行的国家标准甚至无法开设。同时,在专业课学时不断被压缩的情况下,如何合理安排汽车试验技术课程实验教学内容,进行科学合理的教学设计,显得尤为重要。重点介绍汽车试验技术课程开设的汽车滑行性能实验、汽车制动性能实验及汽车加速性能实验,这三个实验项目均按照国家标准的要求进行,且均采用IN-GPS 100M2汽车基本性能测试系统进行数据采集和分析。IN-GPS 100M2汽车基本性能测试系统,利用高精度GPS速度传感器,设计专门的数据采集和分析软件,能够方便、快捷地完成实验数据的采集、显示、分析,可以智能测量车辆的速度、位移、时间等实时信息并出具测试报告。 The hardware construction of automobile test technology in many colleges can not keep up with the development speed of automobile test technology,which results in some experiments falling behind the current national standards and even unable to open.At the same time,in the case of continuous compression of professional teaching courses,how to reasonably arrange the experimental teaching content and carry out scientific teaching design of automobile test technology is particularly important.This paper mainly introduces the automobile sliding performance experiment,the automobile braking performance experiment and the automobile acceleration performance experiment.The three experimental projects are carried out according to the requirements of national standards,and the IN-GPS100M2 vehicle basic performance test system is used for data acquisition and analysis.IN-GPS100M2 automobile basic performance test system,using high-precision GPS speed sensor,designed a special data acquisition and analysis software,can easily and quickly complete the acquisition,display and analyse of experimental data,and can intelligently measure vehicle speed,displacement,time and other real-time information and issue test reports.
