摘要
啤酒制冷系统用电耗能占企业用电总量的35%左右,系统能否高效低耗安全运行将直接影响到整个制冷系统的电耗情况,其中制冷系统所用到的冷凝器则是系统热交换设备的主要关键所在,本文结合啤酒企业制冷系统在用蒸发式冷凝器的安全技术改造实例进行浅谈,以使同行在啤酒制冷系统蒸发式冷凝器安全技术改造中可以借鉴使用。
The power consumption of the beer refrigeration system accounts for about 35%of the total electricity consumption of the enterprise.Whether the system can operate efficiently and safely will directly affect the electricity consumption of the whole refrigeration system.The condenser used in the refrigeration system is the main key to the heat exchange equipment of the refrigeration system.This paper briefly reviews numerous examples of the safety technical retrofit of evaporative condenser in the refrigeration system of beer enterprise,to provide a useful reference for safely retrofitting evaporative condenser of refrigeration system in the beer enterprise.
