摘要
藤灸技术为海南黎医秘技,虽疗效显著,但因社会科学快速进步及自身局限性等原因,目前受到的社会关注及现代研究报道较为缺乏。藤灸作为一种海南黎族特有的外治技法,是以用《黎医三元六道气脉图》和《藤灸口诀》为指导、海南黎族地区特色藤类植物制成的灸具,通过对人体腧穴和特定位置施灸,防治颈、肩、腰腿、关节痛等病症及慢性疾病,且全程并无皮损操作,安全、不良反应少。本文仅对海南黎族藤灸技术和近年来有关研究作简单介绍,旨在传承与发展黎族医药与藤灸技术,启发更多藤灸现代优势治疗病种及方向思考。
The rattan moxibustion technique is a secret technique of Li medicine in Hainan,and it is not lightly spread.Although the curative effect is remarkable,due to the rapid progress of social science and its own limitations,it has received little attention from the society and modern research reports.Rattan moxibustion,as a unique external treatment technique of the Li nationality in Hainan,is a moxibustion tool made of rattan plants with the characteristics of the Li nationality area in Hainan under the guidance of"Li Yi Sanyuan and Six Paths of Qi Pulse Diagram"and"Vine Moxibustion Formulas".Moxibustion at acupoints and specific locations prevents and treats neck,shoulder,waist and leg,joint pain and other diseases and chronic diseases,and there is no skin lesion operation in the whole process,which is green and safe,and has few toxic and side effects.This article only briefly introduces the rattan moxibustion technology of the Li nationality in Hainan and the related research in recent years,aiming to inherit and develop the Li nationality medicine and rattan moxibustion technology,and inspire more modern advantages of rattan moxibustion to treat diseases and directions.
