摘要
青年教师是医学院校教师队伍的生力军,青年教师的培养工作是师资队伍建设的重中之重。结合我校教学改革及生理学专业的实际情况,我们生理学专业对新进青年教师采取了"校本部与教学医院"之间的双向交流培训。通过该培训使新进的青年教师们能够迅速地适应教学并极大地提高青年教师的教学能力,满足了学校及生理学教学的要求。
Young teachers are the fresh force of teaching staff in medical colleges,and the training of young teachers is the most important task in the construction of the teaching staff.Combining the teaching reform and the actual situation of physiology in our school,we adopted the two-way communication training between the school-based department and the teaching hospital for the new young teachers in physiology.The young teachers can adapt to the teaching quickly and improve the teaching effect of the young teachers,by which meets the requirements of school and physiology teaching.
