摘要
目的:探索CBME联合PBL教学法在病理生理学实验教学中的可行性。方法:按学号将河南科技大学医学院2016级临床专业本科学生分为实验和对照组,分别采用CBME+PBL教学和传统教学,并进行相关评分和随访测试。结果:实验组总成绩高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组随访测试合格率高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:CBME+PBL教学法对培养学生临床实践素养有积极意义。
Objective:To explore the feasibility of CBME combined with PBL in experimental pathophysiology teaching.Methods:According to the student number,the 17 grade clinical students in the medical college of henan university of science and technology were divided into experimental group and control group.CBME+PBL teaching and traditional teaching were used respectively,relevant scores and follow-up tests were analyzed.Results:The total score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the pass rate of follow-up test of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:CBME+PBL teaching method has positive significance in cultivating students’clinical practice quality.
