摘要
目的:观察睡眠质量对康复治疗学专业学生主动性的影响。方法:选取医学院康复治疗学本科教学班学生158人,以问卷的形式调查其每天睡眠时间、质量、学习主动性,分析睡眠时间与学习主动性的关系。结果:睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和学习主动性具有明显相关性(P<0.01);不同年级间学生学习主动性方差分析,具有显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论:睡眠质量与学生学习主动性呈正相关性,睡眠质量越高,学习主动性越好。
Objective:To observe the influence of sleep quality on the learning commitment of students of rehabilitation therapeutics.Methods:The sleep time,quality and learning commitment of 158 undergraduate students of rehabilitation therapy of medical college were investigated through questionnaire,and the relationship of the sleep time with learning commitment was also analyzed.Result:The sleep quality index(PSQI)has close related with learning commitment,P<0.01.Variance analysis of learning commitment among students in different grades,P<0.01,and the difference is significant.Conclusion:The sleep quality has a positive correlation with learning commitment of rehabilitation students.The higher the sleep quality,the better the learning commitment.
