摘要
把生态学原理和方法运用到教师教育研究中,对新时代教师教育改革与发展具有重要的方法论意义。教师教育是一个生态系统,它由人、环境、教育事件等要素组成。与自然生态相比,教师教育符合自然生态的一般特征,也有其自身的特殊性。教师教育生态主体与其环境之间、主体与主体之间发生着各种各样的联系,使教师教育形成一个面向生存和生活世界的有机整体。生态型教师教育更是一个基于生态哲学的开放式教育体系,具有时代性、主体性、时空延展性和多样性等特征,通过人才培养活动,发挥着个体的生存与价值提升、社会的支持与规范引领、教育的传承与学术拓展等生态功能。
Applying ecological principles and methods to teacher education research has important methodological significance for the reform and development of teacher education in the new era.Teacher education is an ecosystem consisting of people,environment,educational events and other elements.Compared with natural ecology,teacher education conforms to the general characteristics of natural ecology,but also has its own particularities.There are various connections between the main body of teacher education ecology and its environment,and between the main bodies,so that teacher education forms an organic whole facing the survival and life world.Ecological teacher education is an open education system based on ecological philosophy,which has the characteristics of era,subjectivity,time and space and diversity.Through talent cultivation activities,it plays ecological functions such as individual survival and value enhancement,social support and normative guidance,education inheritance and academic expansion.
