摘要
[目的]探讨模式识别受体-亮氨酸富集的核苷酸结合寡聚结构域-3(NLRP-3)介导胃癌发生、发展的功能与机制。[方法]采用回顾性研究方法,2016年12月~2019年2月选择120例胃癌患者(胃癌组)与120例胃息肉(息肉组)患者作为研究对象,采用免疫组化方法检测NLRP-3的表达情况,调查患者的临床资料与随访预后。[结果]胃癌组NLRP-3的阳性表达率为75.0%,显著高于息肉组的15.0%(P<0.05)。在120例胃癌患者中,不同Dukes分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度、远处转移、浸润深度患者的NLRP-3阳性表达率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素和多因素Cox回归分析显示,NLRP-3阳性表达、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度、远处转移、浸润深度都为影响胃癌患者预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。[结论]模式识别受体NLRP-3在胃癌中呈现高表达状况,与患者的病理学特征密切相关,也是预测预后的重要指标。
[Objective]To investigate the function and mechanism of pattern recognition receptor-leucine-enriched nucleotide-binding oligomeric domain-3(NLRP-3)mediating the development of gastric cancer.[Methods]Used a retrospective study,From December 2016 to February 2019,120 patients with gastric cancer(gastric cancer group)and 120 patients with gastric polyp(polyposis group)were selected.The expression of NLRP-3 were detected,and the clinical data and followed-up prognosis of the patients were investigated.[Results]The positive expression rates of NLRP-3 in gastric cancer group were 75.0%,which were significantly higher than that in polyp group(15.0%)(P<0.05).In the 120 patients with gastric cancer,the positive expression rates of NLRP-3 in patients with different Dukes stage,lymph node metastasis,differentiation,distant metastasis,and infiltration depth compared were statistically significant(P<0.05).Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that NLRP-3 positive expression,Dukes stage,lymph node metastasis,degree of differentiation,distant metastasis,and depth of invasion were all risk factors for the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The pattern recognition receptor NLRP-3 is highly expressed in gastric cancer and is closely related to the pathological features of patients.It is also an important indicator for predicting the prognosis of patients.
