摘要
传统眼用制剂的主要缺陷为生物利用度低、不良反应较大、患者顺应性差,因此出现了以延长药物在眼表滞留时间、增加眼表组织的渗透性和提高眼部靶组织的生物利用度为目的的新剂型。本文根据眼部疾病的分类,综述了近年来治疗眼部疾病的已上市新剂型药物,阐述了这些药物的处方组成、作用机制和疗效,并对已进入临床研究的新型眼用给药系统进行了总结,最后对眼部给药系统的发展进行了展望。
The main disadvantages of the traditional ocular formulations include low bioavailability,high side effects,intensive irritation and poor patient compliance.Therefore,new formulations have emerged for the purpose of prolonging the retention time of the drug on the ocular surface,increasing the permeability of the ocular surface tissue,and improving the bioavailability of the target tissue of eye.In this paper,new formulations of drugs for the treatment of ocular diseases recently introduced in the market was reviewed based on the classification of ocular diseases.Their prescription composition,mechanisms of action and therapeutic effects of these drugs were also described.This review further summarizes the new ocular drug delivery systems that have entered clinical research and provides prospects of the development of ocular drug delivery systems.
