摘要
政党文化的传播和被认同,乃至政党文化所期望的人格主体的培养和塑造,都离不开政党文化的社会化。以民主革命时期中共开学典礼的仪式话语为观察点,中国共产党通过政治仪式推进其政党文化社会化主要体现在:通过话语的指向,即聚集于核心观念的普及和阐释,推进了政党观念文化的社会化;通过话语的转换,即大力宣传和论证不同阶段党的路线方针政策,推进了政党制度文化的社会化;通过话语的训导,即在政党行为模式、行为品质等方面的规训和引导,促进了政党行为文化的社会化;通过话语的塑形,即对“重视学习”“人民至上”等政党形象的塑造与传播,推进了政党形象文化的社会化。这些实践,既充分体现了政党文化社会化的规律,也清晰展示出中共政党文化形成和变化的过程。
Socialization of a party culture is indispensable to its communication and identification,and personality cultivation.A discourse study of school opening ceremony of the Communist Party of China during the Democratic Revolution shows that the CPC promoted its cultural socialization through political ceremonies.For example,through discourse direction,focusing on communicating and publicizing its core ideas,it promoted the socialization of its philosophy and culture;Through discourse transfer,focusing on publicizing and expounding the Party’s line,principles and policies at different stages,it promoted the socialization of its institutional culture;Through discourse instruction,focusing on preaching and instructing the Party conduct and characters,it promoted the socialization of its conduct culture;Through discourse shaping,focusing on shaping and publicizing such images as“attaching importance to learning”and“putting people first”,it promoted the socialization of its image culture.These practices embodied the law of the socialization of the Party culture,but also demonstrated the shaping and evolution of the Party’s culture.
