基于Adams和Matlab的堆垛机联合仿真

摘要 堆垛机是现代化智能仓储的核心搬运设备,其性能将直接影响智能仓储的出入库效率。为了提高堆垛机的设计效率,采用SolidWorks软件对堆垛机的三维模型建模,并基于Adams软件创建堆垛机的动力学仿真模型,配合Matlab/Simulink仿真平台搭建了堆垛机控制联合仿真模型,研究堆垛机的运动控制和立柱振动。该方法提高了堆垛机的设计效率,降低堆垛机的开发成本,研究结果可作为堆垛机优化设计的参考依据。 The stacker is a crucial piece of handling equipment in modern intelligent storage systems,directly impacting their efficiency.To enhance the design efficiency of stackers,SolidWorks can be used to create a three-dimensional model,while Adams software facilitates the development of a dynamic simulation model.By integrating this with a co-simulation model using the Matlab/Simulink platform,both motion control and column vibration of the stacker can be studied.These results serve as a reference for optimizing stacker design,improve design efficiency,and reducing development costs.
