摘要
产后风湿属妇人产后临床常见病症之一,因其病程长,迁延难愈,故临床疗效甚微。李延萍教授诊疗本病多根据其疼痛特点分期论治,发作期以标实为主,治以缓急止痛为法;休息期以本虚为主,治以扶正补虚为要。本病病位主在肝脾肾,责之于心,治疗当以益气养血,扶正祛邪为主,辅以调和营卫、补益脾肾、化瘀解郁,同时将顾护阴阳贯穿本病治疗始末。李延萍教授选方多以自拟益气养血汤为主方,依据病机特点及三因制宜,运用本方加减化裁,兼以外治调护,在临床中常能收获显著的疗效,故其临床经验及方药值得推广及学习。
Postpartum rheumatism is one of the common clinical symptoms of postpartum women.Because of its long course of disease,the delay is difficult to heal,so the clinical effect is very small.Professor Li Yanping diagnoses and treats the disease in stages according to its pain characteristics.The onset period is mainly based on real results,with pain relief as the method;the rest period is mainly based on deficiency,and the treatment is based on correction.The disease is mainly in the liver,spleen and kidney,and the blame is on the heart.The treatment should be based on nourishing qi and nourishing blood,supporting righteousness and eliminating evil,supplemented by reconciling the camp and health,supplementing the spleen and kidney,dissolving stasis and relieving depression,and at the same time Treatment of this disease.Professor Li Yanping treats postpartum rheumatism mostly choice is based on self-made Yiqi Yangxue Decoction.According to the characteristics of the pathogenesis and three factors,the use of this side is based on the addition and subtraction,and the external treatment is also used.In clinical practice,it is often able to reap significant therapeutic effects,so its clinical experience and prescriptions are worth promoting and learning.
