摘要
中风后抑郁属于中风后遗症中诸多继发病症的一个常见病症,国内外诸多文献报道其发病率约为22.4%~33.1%。胡国恒教授通过对本病进行系统的思考,总结出了自己的思想论治体系,为本病的治疗提供了一条蹊径。在病机学上阐明了脏虚神乱,经损而郁,脏瘀而郁等理论。在其治疗上总结出了调治气血,辨脏用药;建经通络,填髓除郁;疏调五脏,化瘀解郁等治法。
Post-stroke depression is a common secondary disease of stroke sequelae.Many literatures at home and abroad reported that the incidence of post-stroke depression is about 22.4%-33.1%.Professor HU Guoheng summarized his own ideological treatment system through systematic thinking of the disease,which provided a way for the treatment of the disease.The theory of visceral deficiency and mental disorder,menstrual damage and depression,visceral stasis and depression are expounded in pathogenesis.In terms of the treatment,he summarized the methods of regulating qi and blood,differentiating viscera,building meridians and dredging collaterals,filling marrow and removing depression,dredging five Zang organs,removing blood stasis and resolving depression.
