摘要
目的 探究献血者单采血小板采集前后的外周血溶血率变化,并分析其相关影响因素。方法 选取2017年2月至2019年9月于本血站捐献单采血小板的献血者138名作为研究对象,测定采集前后的外周血中血浆游离血红蛋白和血糖水平,计算外周血的溶血率,同时收集献血者的性别、捐献量等资料,分析影响溶血率的因素。结果 138名献血者在采集单采血小板后的外周血溶血率高于采集前(P<0.05);不同性别和不同献血量的献血者采集后的外周血溶血率均高于采集前(P<0.05);其中男性采集后外周血溶血率低于女性,1个治疗量的采集后外周血溶血率低于2个治疗量(P<0.05)。结论 献血者单采血小板采集过程中会对血小板采集管路体系内的红细胞造成一定破坏,导致采集后的外周血溶血率会明显升高,且性别和采集的献血量均会影响外周血溶血率变化,采集时间是影响外周血溶血率的关键因素。血站在单采血小板采集中应尽量考虑到献血者的性别等因素,合理控制影响因素,降低采集后的外周血溶血率,提高采集质量。
Objective To explore the changes of peripheral blood hemolysis rate of blood donors before and after apheresis platelet collection,and to analyze its related influencing factors. Methods A total of 138 blood donors who donated apheresis platelets in our blood bank from February2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects. The gender and donation amount of blood donors were collected, and the factors affecting the hemolysis rate were analyzed. Results The peripheral blood hemolysis rate of 138 blood donors after apheresis platelet collection was higher than that before collection(P<0.05);the peripheral blood hemolysis rate after collection in men was lower than that in women, and the peripheral blood hemolysis rate after collection of one treatment dose was lower than the two treatment doses(P<0.05). Conclusion The process of apheresis platelet collection from blood donors will cause certain damage to the red blood cells in the platelet collection pipeline system, which will lead to a significant increase in the peripheral blood hemolysis rate after collection, and the gender and the amount of donated blood collected will affect the changes in the peripheral blood hemolysis rate, the collection time is a key factor affecting the rate of peripheral blood hemolysis. Blood stations should try their best to consider factors such as the gender of blood donors in the collection of apheresis platelets, reasonably control the influencing factors, reduce the hemolysis rate of peripheral blood after collection, and improve the quality of collection.
