摘要
目的探讨路径化管理模式在新护士培训中的临床实践效果。方法将我院2011年144名新护士(对照组)采取传统管理模式,2012年124名新护士(观察组)采取路径化管理模式,观察比较两组新护士在技能、理论成绩及不良事件发生情况。结果通过路径化管理模式进行培训的新护士成绩明显优于对照组。结论将临床路径化管理模式引入新护士培训中,可使教学目标、教学方法具体化,可有效提高新护士培训质量,保障病人安全。
Objective To investigate the clinical practice effect of path management model in new nurses training. Methods 144 new nurses of our hospital in 2011 were given traditional management model (control group). 124 new nurses of our hospital in 2012 were given path management model (observation group). The differences of clinical skills, theoretical exams scores and adverse event rates between the two groups were observed and compared. Result The nurses in the observation group performed better than the control group. Conclusion Introducing the clinical path management model into new nurses training can make the specific teaching target and teaching method, which can effectively improve the quality of new nurse training, and ensure the safety of patients.
