摘要
文章在分析国内各个医院运用以资源消耗为基础的价值评估系统进行绩效奖金分配改革的实践基础上,综合介绍了价值评估系统的应用原理、程序和步骤,并对此方法的应用效果与优势、可能存在的问题与优化方法进行了评析。
Based on the practice of several domestic hospitals in the reform of performance bonus allocation using RBRVS system, the principle of application, operating procedure and procedure was comprehensively analyzed. Then, the effect and advantages, the possible problems and optimization method were evaluated.
