摘要
石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫是控制SO2排放最常用的方法,目前国内新建的600MW及以上机组几乎全部运用石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫,而且湿法脱硫中的吸收塔基本采用喷淋塔和鼓泡塔2种塔型。该文主要对喷淋塔和鼓泡塔在工艺和结构上进行比较,介绍了2种塔的实际应用,并分析2种塔的优缺点。
Lime/Lime stone wet flue Gas Desulfurization(FGD) is a common proce ss to control SO2 emission,At the present home 600 MW and above 600 MW unit newly built all use Lime/Lime stone wet FGD process,and absorbed towers in wet desulfu rization process all use sprinkling tower and bubbling tower.This paper mainly m akes technology and structure comparision with sprinkling tower and bubbling tow er,introduces the practical application of this two type of tower and analyzes t heir advantage and shortcoming.
