摘要
目的:研究建立石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定复方蔷薇红景天口服液中铅、镉的含量测定方法。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定复方蔷薇红景天口服液中铅、镉的含量。结果:铅在20~100 ng/m L浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.33%(n=5,RSD=2.36%);镉在1~5ng/m L浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.28%(n=5,RSD=2.19%)。结论:本方法操作简单、灵敏可靠、重复性好,可用于复方蔷薇红景天口服液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the method for the content determination of Pb and Cd in Rhodiola Rosea complex oral liquid by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Method:The content of Pb and Cd in Rhodiola Rosea complex oral liquid was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Result: The linear relationship of Pb in 20 ~100 ng/m L was good, r=0.9998, the average recovery rate was 98.33%, RSD was2.36%(n=5).The linear relationship of Cd in 1 ~5 ng/m L was also good,r=0.9998, the average recovery rate was98.28%,RSD was 2.19%(n=5).Conclusion:The method for the content determination of Pb and Cd in Rhodiola Rosea complex oral liquid by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is simple,sensitive, reliable and has good Repeatability,which is useful for quality control of Rhodiola Rosea complex oral liquid.
