摘要
数控车床是机械制造领域的重要基础装备,其加工精度对产品质量和设备性能有很大影响。在机床上进行零件加工时,要保证刀具与工件之间具有相对精准的位置关系。所以要求数控系统具备良好高可靠性、精确性和快速响应能力等特点;选用合适类型来控制主轴传动系统及进给运动方式以有效提高对数控车床生产效率与降低成本是非常重要也必须解决的问题之一。例如:采用合理配置切削参数、优化设计结构,选择正确方向定位装置,采用动态控制技术以提高数控车床的加工精度;在保证高、低速和高速等情况下,以合理选择切削速度,降低对刀具及工件的磨损。
The CNC lathe is an important basic equipment in the field of mechanical manufacturing,and its machining accuracy has a great impact on product quality and equipment performance.When machining parts on the machine tool,it is necessary to ensure that there is an accurate and relatively accurate position relationship between the tool and the workpiece,so the CNC system is required to have good characteristics of high reliability and accuracy and fast response ability.Selecting the appropriate type to control the spindle drive system and feed motion mode to effectively improve the production efficiency of the CNC lathe and reduce the cost is one of the problems that are very important and must be solved,for example,adopting reasonably configured cutting parameters,optimizing design structure,selecting the correct orientation positioning device,and adopting dynamic control technology to improve the machining accuracy of the CNC lathe,and in the case of high and low speed and high speed,the cutting speed is reasonably selected to reduce the wear of the tool and the workpiece.
