摘要
数控车床在机械零部件的加工过程当中直接决定着加工产品的质量和精度。所以,从这个角度来说,数控车床就是机械工件生产加工活动的一个关键因素。基于此,首先对数控车床的工作原理和基本特点进行了分析,然后剖析了其主要的影响因素,最后针对数控车床加工精度的改进提出了策略,以供参考。
It is well known that CNC lathes play an important role in industrial activities, especially in the processing of mechanical parts, which directly determines the quality and precision of the processed products. Therefore, from this perspective, the CNC lathe is a key factor in production and processing activities of mechanical parts. Based on this, this paper firstly analyzes the working principle and basic characteristics of CNC lathe, then analyzes its main influencing factors, and finally puts forward the strategy for the improvement of machining accuracy of CNC lathe.
